Summary

We are looking for successful, energetic and goal oriented Client Services Representative to join our growing team. In this position you will provide excellent customer service with a do not take “no” for an answer attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish contact with customers for the purpose of collecting delinquent funds and bringing to final closure past due amounts while maintaining or exceeding pre-established goals relating to the collection of past-due accounts.
  • Assist customers in order to resolve questions, concerns, alternatives for payment, and problems about payment of their open receivables in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all legal and company efforts have been taken to collect accounts, including proper documentation of discussions with customers.
  • Monitor payment status of accounts which includes running aging reports to determine status of accounts so that unpaid receivables do not get beyond 20 day status.
  • Facilitate communication to assist in answering questions about receivables status, adjustments, refunds, and bad debt write offs.
  • Mentor and coach new and less experienced collection associates.
  • Provide continuous training for collection methods on a “best Practices” approach.
  • Assist in the development of programs, processes and applications to: aid in research activities, document procedures, reduce collection cycle time, and manpower involvement.
  • Conduct presentations to educate staff and communicate changes, enhancements or new methods.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by upper management.

Summary

We are looking for successful, energetic and goal oriented Funding Specialist to join our growing team. In this position you will provide funding administrative functions to ensure all funded deals are accurate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Quality control on all funded deals to ensure proper documentation
  • Verify syndication percentages and management fees; input and check partners on syndicated deals
  • Send completed deals to funding manager for approval
  • Ensure commissions are properly recorded for Funding Partner and Program
  • Verify credit card transactions with accountant; post payments to accounts
  • Review and analyze documentation received
  • Entering Data into CRM (FundPerfect)
  • Manage portfolio of Manual ACH merchants
  • Post split payment files from processors to CRM (FundPerfect)
  • Keep track of overpaid merchants, remove holdbacks, issue refunds and paid in full letters, post refunds into CRM (FundPerfect)

Summary

We are looking for successful, energetic and goal oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst, you will assist the VP of Wholesale. his includes the generation and maintenance of reports utilizing Salesforce.com as well as analytical reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis within Excel. This position will also support the general growth of the department through analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You will build recommendations by synthesizing data from multiple sources, developing assumptions where needed to drive business insights and strategic development.

The Sales Business Analyst is a source of actionable insights into sales performance, efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will provide business analysis for the B2B Sales organization, including forecasting, measuring, tracking and reporting business outlook, bookings, and sales pipeline. The role will be expected to routinely provide insight and business recommendations based on analysis involving our data, markets, customers, strategy and performance including developing business models to help manage sales team performance.
